Terms of use
The short version. This website presents our digital products. You can read it, share links to it and ask us for a demo. Information on the site isn’t a binding offer. Using a product always happens under a separate written contract.
1. Who we are
sunbloomtech.com is operated by SUN BLOOM TECH S.R.L. (“Sunbloom Tech”, “we”), tax identification number (CUI) 50956743, registered office at Călărașilor street No. 6-8, Târgu Mureș 540044, Mureș county, Romania. Contact: office [at] sunbloomtech.com (replace “[at]” with “@”).
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. What the site is for
The site presents our products (AcademicScriptor, StockScriptor and Trellis), explains how we configure them for each client, and lets you ask for a demo. There are no user accounts, and nothing is sold through the site.
3. Product information is not an offer
- Descriptions, features, availability, statuses (such as “live” or “in design”) and prices on the site are for information only. They may change without notice and don’t create an obligation to sell.
- Prices are shown as a starting point (for example “from 399 lei/month”). The price that applies to you is the one in a written offer or contract.
- Product screens and figures on the site, including anything marked “Illustrative data”, are examples. They are not real client data.
- Any use of a product, including a trial or pilot, is governed by the contract we sign with you. If that contract conflicts with these terms, the contract wins.
4. Demo requests
Asking for a demo doesn’t commit you or us to anything. We decide whether and when to offer a demo. How we handle the details you send us is explained in our Privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any area that isn’t public, including the administration area;
- disrupt the site, for example with automated requests at a volume that affects its availability, or by introducing malicious code;
- use the site’s content to mislead others about who we are, or to present yourself as acting on our behalf;
- use the site in any way that breaks the law.
6. Intellectual property
The website’s content belongs to Sunbloom Tech or is used with permission. That includes its text, design, graphics, the Sunbloom Tech logo and the product names and logos. You may view the site, print or save pages for your own reference, and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or reuse the content or brand elements for other purposes without our written permission.
7. Links to other websites
The site links to other websites, such as stockscriptor.com. We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of websites we don’t operate.
8. No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We don’t guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or complete.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses from using the site or relying on its content, such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. That includes liability for intent or gross negligence, and the rights consumers have under mandatory consumer protection law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with its date, is the one that applies when you use the site.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts for the location of our registered office in Târgu Mureș. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live, and any mandatory protection your local law gives you.
